I love yoga. I love it. It changed my life. One of the lessons that my yoga teacher taught me was "Listen to your body." I was starting my yoga practice and about ten minutes into it began to feel bad. I mean my chest was hurting, my muscles felt super fatigued. I slept really hard last night, and was feeling run down yesterday. I even felt the beginning of a sore throat.
I decided my body was saying " STOP! REST!"
I think that's ok. I usually enjoy working out once I get off the couch and start to do it. And I was going through a very gentle sun salutation, so I decided to listen to my body. I'm going to take some vitamins, drink a lot of water, and have some soup. Equally healthy choices.
I'll leave the workout for tomorrow.

" I don't want to hear. I don't want to know. Please don't say your sorry. forgive me. I've heard it all and I can take care of myself. You're not half the man you are, save your words because you've gone to far. I listened to all your lies and all your stories. You're not half the man you'd like to be. ...
Don't explain yourself cause talk is cheap. There's more important things than hearing you speak. You stayed because I made it so convenient."
I will now assume the lotus position, tie on my red string, and meditate. Ohhhhhhmmmmmmmmm
