Insomnia cures anyone?

I've been up for a really long time. I can't seem to go to sleep. I lay there and my mind just races.  My personal life. My professional life. My family.  Obama. Clinton. World hunger. Interest rates. I'm not typically a high anxiety person.  Most of the time I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, but the last week? Not so much.   I think at some point I'll have to just collapse from exhaustion and then I'll try to get up at a normal time.
Does anyone know of some good cures for insomnia? ( I don't like milk, warm or cold, except in cereal or coffee)

Things That Make Me Sad

Apparently almost 60% of Black children, and 55% of Hispanic kids can't swim.
With summer coming up that makes me sad. Swimming is a fun, inexpensive, and healthy activity. Growing up, I loved swimming and we did almost almost every day.  If it wasn't at someone's home, or a community center, we went to the beach.  When I moved to the South,  I was surprised by how few people had pools. Particularly in Tennessee.  There also seem to be few community pools.   It's hot as  the surface of the sun down here in the summer time.  I hope that more summer swim programs for low income kids start popping up and that people take advantage of  those kind of opportunities.
