Insomnia cures anyone?

I've been up for a really long time. I can't seem to go to sleep. I lay there and my mind just races.  My personal life. My professional life. My family.  Obama. Clinton. World hunger. Interest rates. I'm not typically a high anxiety person.  Most of the time I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, but the last week? Not so much.   I think at some point I'll have to just collapse from exhaustion and then I'll try to get up at a normal time.
Does anyone know of some good cures for insomnia? ( I don't like milk, warm or cold, except in cereal or coffee)

you don't like milk, sometimes a piece of cheese will do the same things, or so I'm told. Since I suffer from Super Strength Insomnia, it stopped working on me ages ago. Try a warm bath, too.

Or Tylenol PM.

I agree with Tylenol PM, but be careful, I don't care what they say, they will leave you groggy if you don't schedule time for enough rest.

I have found out that if I take one and lay down 30 minutes later, I can go to sleep easily, if I take two, I wake up with a hangover.

Good luck!
